THE EYES OF MATA HARI

Play developed at The Swedish National Touring Scenes theater residency 2021-2022. Draft ordered by The Swedish National Touring Scene 2022. Finished at the theater A Turma in Porto, Portugal as a part of their playwright InResidence 2023 for a two month working grant.

 

The residency resulted in a final presentation of the project in the form of an audiowalk and an interactive spy room. The showing was held for the public of Porto City residences as a finalisation of the two month residency period.

"The Eyes of Mata Hari" is an interactive spy play about a teenage girls choices around courage and sacrifice as a path to self-realization.
